For orders please e-mail or phone us, all e-mails or
phone messages are cleared daily. If you wish to pay by direct credit
please e-mail us for details.
Credit Card purchases (VISA, MasterCard, bankcard)
can be made by mail, e-mail or telephone. For these purchases we
require: your full name, address, contact telephone number as well
as type of card, full card number, cardholder name and expiry date.
All prices include GST but exclude freight (if any)
and are subject to change without prior notice. Please confirm prices
and availability before placing orders.
All prices are in $NZD. Yes, we do accept overseas
orders, please e-mail for details at overseas sales

Terms, Conditions and Methods of Payment
1: All hardware, peripherals and software must
be paid for in advance. We accept:
· Eftpos
· Cash
· VISA, MasterCard and bankcard Goods
purchased by Credit Card must be sent to a physical address (we
will not sent to a P.O Box). We reserve the right to decline purchase
by Credit Card.
· Personal/Business or Bank Cheque - goods
will not be released until after the payment is cleared.
· Direct Credit directly into our bank account
· All goods remain the property of Gibbray
Technologies Limited until payment is received in full.
2: Labour (if any) is payable upon the completion
of any work undertaken. The method of payment is the same as above.
3: Where this document is an invoice, it must
be presented (unaltered) for all warranty claims.
4: All parts have a 12 month warranty, except
where noted.
5: Software problems are not covered by warranty.
In the instance of a fault being deemed a software or set-up fault,
labour will be charged at $45.00 per hour.
6: Compatibility of hardware, peripherals and
software with your existing computer is not covered by warranty.
7: We will normally only refund 50% or our current
selling price for customers who want a refund (this is industry
standard), and only if the equipment is still in working condition
and under warranty. Refunds are solely at our discretion.
8: Goods will not be accepted for a warranty
claim if:
· The invoice issued with purchase cannot
be supplied upon request.
· Correct anti-static procedures have not
been followed.
· The goods are found to have been opened/tampered
with or physically damaged.
· Warranty labels have been removed or tampered
with.
· Any damage caused by transportation of the
computer equipment, (Gibbray Technologies will not be liable for
any damage incurred while goods are in transit from us to any
delivery address. Please advise the courier company immediately
if you believe that any goods purchased have been damaged whilst
in transit).
· Any damage caused by an attempted repair
or modification by unauthorized service personnel.
· All OEM Software sold with hardware must
stay bundled it is illegal to unbundle. Any cases of a failure
to return OEM Software will result in the appropriate authorities
being notified.
